The Mevo + Launch Monitor made its debut at the 2020 PGA Show. Since then, it’s quickly become one of the most popular and affordable launch monitors available. Even more, it’s been endorsed by Bryson DeChambeau and Bubba Watson.

This one-of-a-kind launch monitor uses 16 different data parameters to measure everything from clubhead speed to carry distance.

It’s portable and can be used for both indoor and outdoor practice.

The Mevo + also functions as a simulator that allows you to play five iconic courses, practice at 17 different ranges, and compete in interactive online events.

In short, if you have room to make a swing, you can use the Mevo +.

Key Features

3-D tracking radar technology gives accurate information on every shot.

FS Skills app allows you to create custom challenges to improve every part of your game.

iOS simulation software allows you to play different courses, practice on the range, and compete against other Mevo + users.

Design and Technology

The Mevo + incorporates the latest and greatest in terms of technology. 3D Tracking radar technology is the best around and provides incredibly accurate feedback.

Additional amenities of customizable skills challenges, five simulated golf courses, 17 different practice facilities, and interactive gameplay are something that no other launch monitor has.

Some 16 data parameters include:

Total Distance

  • Carry Distance
  • Clubhead Speed
  • Ball Speed
  • Shot Shape
  • Smash Factor
  • Spin Rate
  • Spin Axis
  • Spin Loft
  • Flight Time
  • Horizontal Launch Angle
  • Vertical Launch Angle
  • Flight Path
  • Lateral Landing
  • Roll Distance
  • Apex Height

The design is sleek and compact too. The device can fit in the palm of your hand and comes with a protective case that stores easily in the pocket of any golf bag.

Mevo + Review

Mevo is a pioneering multi-camera system designed for wireless live streaming to popular platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook. It offers a comprehensive solution for both beginners and experienced broadcasters, making complex and expensive setups a thing of the past. With its user-friendly interface and advanced features like auto-tracking and real-time editing, Mevo has become a go-to choice for small broadcasters, streamers, and sports event coverage.

PROS

  • Functions as both a launch monitor and simulator – nothing else on the market does.
  • Price point makes it one of the better values.
  • Compact design makes it easy to set up and store.

CONS

  • Lack of courses is less than other simulators.
  • Software upgrades may be needed.
  • Shipping times can vary depending on inventory levels.

Our Experience

I’ve tested just about every launch monitor on the market and I’m here to tell you that the Mevo + is one of the best on the market. It’s also one of the best values.

While the 16 data points are more than enough for my game, what I really like about the Mevo + is the fact that it functions as a launch monitor where I can play different courses and customize my own practice.

I’ve yet to play in the interactive games, but my buddies have and said they’re a blast.
