When it comes to golf rangefinders, we’re used to hearing about the latest and greatest stuff from companies like Bushnell, Callaway, and Leupold. And it’s with good reason; these companies have command of the market and make some of the most reliable, technologically advanced rangefinders on the market. They also cost an arm and a leg.

What if I told you, you didn’t have to spend upward of $1,000 for a rangefinder that had all the necessary features and performed just as reliably as those from the big names?

I’m talking about the TecTecTec ULT-S Pro Rangefinder. This rangefinder is jam-packed with cool features, is easy to use, and costs a fraction of what other top-end rangefinders are going to run you.

Let’s take a closer look.

Key Features

Toled RED display is vibrant and easy to see in any lighting condition.

Target lock vibration leaves no doubt when you’ve zeroed in on the flag.

Optical Image Stabilization solidifies your field of view even if your hands are shaky.

Design and Technology

The rangefinders of today are loaded with cool tech and features that are designed to make distance measuring as simple and easy as possible.

The TecTecTec ULT-S Pro is no exception.

To start, optical image stabilization literally causes your field of view to “slow down” so that you can easily capture your intended target and get an accurate yardage.

The Toled RED display is one of the sharpest I’ve ever seen too. Even into direct sunlight, you’ll have no problem reading the graphics in your field of view.

Insta-Read Technology also gets you your yardage quickly. Within 0.3 seconds as a matter of fact.

Other cool features include the slope function which gives you adjusted yardages, easy lens focusing, and adaptive pin distinction which leaves no question when you’re locked in on the flag.

Our Experience

When it comes to rangefinders, I’ve tried my fair share. And God knows I’ve lost my share as well.

I’m impressed with absolutely everything about the TecTecTec ULT-S Pro. First of all, it’s considerably less expensive than other premium rangefinders.

I’m also a big fan of the toled RED display. I’ve used this rangefinder in all matter of lighting conditions, and it’s always been easy to read.

Flag lock vibration and image stabilization make a world of difference. Not once have I had to second guess my yardage with this rangefinder.

And as someone who’s prone to losing rangefinders, the magnetic protective sleeve has been worth every extra penny. I’ve yet to misplace the ULT-S Pro, and it’s always readily accessible when I’m out on the course.
