If you’ve read many of our golf shoe reviews here on the Golfer’s Authority website, you’re well aware that we’re big believers in the TRUE Linkswear brand. Since their inception, they’ve turned the golf shoe industry on its head, and continued to churn out some of the most well-built, respected golf shoes in the game.

In today’s review, we’re going to take an in-depth look at their all-new True Lux Tour golf shoes.

Key Features

Achilles heel pad and TPU heel stabilizer provide increased balance and rigidity to protect your heel and ankle.

TRUE Wanderlux midsole compound and insert provide ultimate comfort and stability.

True Tour Signature Top Grain Napa leather is designed to not only look great but stand the test of time.

Design and Technology

For years, TRUE Linkswear has designed some of the most technologically advanced golf shoes around.

The most important factor in any golf shoe is traction. And the True Lux Tour has one of the most advanced outsoles on the market. Called the Wanderlux, this outsole features tour-tested rubber tread that grips the ground firmly in any condition.

The outsole works in conjunction with a state-of-the-art foam midsole to afford maximum cushion and comfort.

New in this model are an Achilles heel pad and TPU heel stabilizer. As these features’ names suggest, they provide maximum protection for your heel and ankle. This is great for players with fast swing speeds that put a lot of torque on their lower extremities during the swing.

These shoes are made of the finest material. It’s called TRUE Tour Signature Top Grain Napa leather and it’s not only fashionable, but plenty durable. In other words, you’ll not only look great, but these shoes will last a long time too.

Performance, comfort, and style. Those are the words golfers all over the world are using to describe the True Lux Tour golf shoes.

True Linkswear True Lux Tour Golf Shoes

It seems like every time I turn around TRUE Linkswear is coming out with a new tech-advanced golf shoe. That’s certainly the case with the True Lux Tours. Their design features are ahead of the game and proven to meet the expectations of golf’s most discerning players.

If you’re in the market for a pair of shoes that are sure to perform and are going to last, try the TRUE Linkswear True Lux Tour golf shoes.

PROS

  • Top-shelf leather material is fashionable, comfortable, and durable all at once.
  • Tour-tested outsole provides excellent traction.
  • Added stability in the back of the shoe protects heels and ankles.

CONS

  • Shoes are more expensive than some of their competitors.
  • No size options for women.
  • Lack of color options may be an issue for golfers that like bright colors.

Our Experience

I’ve never worn a pair of TRUE Linkswear golf shoes I haven’t liked. However, the all-new True Tour Lux shoes and some of the best all-around performing, most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn.

The added stability in the heel and the proprietary outsole give me all the support and traction I need. At the same time, the foam midsole provides ample cushion and I’m more than comfortable walking 18 holes.

Not that it comes as any surprise from a company like TRUE Linkswear, but these shoes are the real deal.
