There is no doubt about it, Cobra Golf defiantly embraced their moto, “We are cool stuff that works”, with its new Cobra F6 Driver. Since it was first released in 2016, the F6 Driver has not only received the highest rating of Gold in the 2016 Golf Digest Hot list, but has also become one of the most recognized clubs used on the tour. The Cobra F6 Driver is a great mid-level priced club perfect for the high to mid handicap player looking for greater distance and consistency when hitting off the tee.
Key Features
The Cobra F6 Driver is one of the most forgiving adjustable driver available on the market today. With a dual position sole weight center of gravity system, players can now maximize their distance by dialing in their ideal angle and launch conditions.
The Cobra F6 Driver has the same forged variable thickness titanium club face and Speed Chanel as other Cobra drivers. This patented design helps to create greater ball speeds and more distance, even on off center hits.
The adjustable hosel of the Cobra F6 Driver has been re-designed to allow players to change the loft and flight bias to eight different settings. Additionally, the F6 Driver has Cobra’s Smartpad Technology on the sole that helps to ensure that the clubhead sits square regardless of how the sleeve has been adjusted.
Design and Technology
The Cobra F6 Driver was designed to replace the Cobra Fly Z Driver, while the two clubs almost look identical at address, this is where the similarities end. One big difference between the Cobra Fly Z Driver and the Cobra F6 Driver lies in its sole weight design. Unlike the Cobra Fly Z Driver, where the weight was not movable, the Cobra F6 Driver has a 10g polycarbon weight in the sole that can be swapped out with a plastic cover. This movable weight allows players to customize their center of gravity location and performance. When placing the weight in the front position the club promotes lower trajectory, less spin, and more roll out. When placing the weight in the rear position the creates higher trajectory, longer carry, and an increase in forgiveness on off center hits.
The Cobra F6 Driver also has an adjustable hosel that comes with the MyFly with Smartpad technology. This incredible technology gives players 8 easily adjustable loft settings that give players the flexibility to manage their trajectory and fine tune their launch conditions. Additionally, with an all new Forged 8-1-1 Titanium E9 Face, the Cobra F6 Driver’s variable thickness structure is now lighter and thinner than ever before. This new design helps to creates more deflection and larger sweet spot across the club face. Furthermore, the Cobra F6 Driver also has the exclusive Cobra Speed Channel. This Speed Channel is a specially engineered channel that surrounds the perimeter of the club face, this design helps to promote greater ball speed and incredible distance.

Our Experience
