There’s no question that today’s athlete’s are more finely tuned and able to perform at their peak more often than even just a few years ago.

That’s due in large part to real-time data that tells us about our training, rest, recovery, and kinds of other useful metrics. And that kind of information is made possible by technology like the Garmin Fenix 6 Pro Solar Watch.

Since sports watches became mainstream, no one has made a better product than Garmin, and the Fenix 6 Pro Solar is no exception.

Let’s take a closer look.

Key Features

Topo map navigation keeps you safe no matter what kind of terrain you’re in.

Solar battery charge can last for up to 14 days.

U.S. military approved for thermal, shock, water resistance.

Design and Technology

There’s so many design and technology features with the Garmin Fenix 6 Pro Solar watch it’s hard to figure out where to start.

One of the things that impresses me most is the fact that this watch can solar charge. Unlike a lot of watches that require daily charging on a USB cord, you can be out and about all day and the watch will keep charging.

The watch’s construction is second to none too. It’s made of your choice of stainless steel or titanium and has DLC coated bezels.

No other watch on the market has as many sports specific apps either. They include running, golf, surfing, biking, rowing, climbing, and more.

Also included are animated workouts in the forms of cardio, strength training, yoga, and Pilates.

That’s not all though. The Fenix 6 Pro also tracks important metrics like your heart rate, sleep, VO2 max, and hydration intake to name just a few.

In the end, there isn’t much the Fenix 6 Pro can’t do for people that like to be active.

Our Experience

Even though my wife doesn’t play golf, she’s the most active person I know. Between running, strength training, yoga, and everything else, she never sits still.

As such, I got recently bought her the Garmin Fenix 6 Pro watch and she’s absolutely in love with it.

While it took a little time for her to get it set up and all her data plugged in, it’s been easy for her to use ever since.

For someone that’s had a lot of different fitness watches over the years, she insists the Garmin Fenix 6 Pro is by far the best.

Is the Garmin Fenix 6 Pro Solar Watch Worth It?

Absolutely, while the Garmin Fenix 6 Pro Solar Watch is a great product, there are a few pros and cons that you need to be aware of:
