The G/Fore Gallivanter golf shoe is a classic look with exceptional comfort. These traditional style golf shoes help players retain a look they look without having to deal with uncomfortable and overweight footwear.

The Gallivanter is a signature offering from G/Fore and comes in a wide variety of colors to perfectly match the style of almost every golfer.

Key Features

The Gallivanter golf shoe is waterproof and crafted with full grain leather.

The Gallivanter features a footbed of molded spikes that help hold players in place as they swing.

The Gallivanter is one of the lightest weight, traditional all-leather designs, in golf.

Design and Technology

The Gallivanter is exceptional in its design. On the exterior, full grain leather and a feature outsole give the shoe a traditional look with a variety of colors.

The traction on the bottom of the golf shoe is custom designed to help stabilize golfers during their swing.

The inside of the golf shoe is padded and anti-microbial to help increase the comfort and durability of the golf shoe. Additionally, each Gallivanter comes with a removable footbed lining that massages your foot during use and can be washed to retain freshness over time.

In total, the Gallivanter offers a superior walking experience along with the aesthetic that allows G/Fore to outpace its competition.

G/Fore Gallivanter Golf Shoe

The G/Fore Gallivanter Golf Shoes are a stylish and comfortable option for golfers. Made with premium waterproof leather, these shoes offer an athletic design that’s both fashionable and functional. The comfort and fit of these shoes are outstanding, providing a comfortable experience right out of the box. One of the top features of the G/Fore Gallivanter Golf Shoes is their excellent stability. These shoes provide great support and energy throughout the round, allowing golfers to feel confident in their footing.

PROS

  • The Gallivanter offers industry-leading comfort for a traditional style golf shoe.
  • The Gallivanter is a waterproof golf shoe and can be worn year-round.
  • G/Fore provides exceptional style offerings with the Gallivanter so players can match their look to their shoe of choice.

CONS

  • The Gallivanter and other G/Fore shoes will be hard to find compared with other shoe offerings.
  • The Gallivanter golf shoe will show wear lines after several rounds due to the soft leather exterior used.
  • The price of the Gallivanter golf shoe will discourage budget-conscious golfers.

Our Experience

The Gallivanter is the first and only traditional-style  golf shoe  I can see myself wearing long-term. The Gallivanter is lighter in weight than any other golf shoe I have tried within that style and is more comfortable when walking 18 than I imagined.

I typically opt for sneaker style golf shoes like the G/Fore MG4Plus but the Gallivanter open the door for an additional style without having to sacrifice my comfort or performance. For golfers willing to pay the price to have the very best, the Gallivanters check every box.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the Gallivanter is a standout golf shoe with its ability to combine a classic look and superior comfort. G/Fore managed to create a great looking, full leather golf shoe without making it heavy. Most often, companies can provide traditional golf shoes with bulk or modern, athletic golf shoes that feel great.

G/Fore combines these two things and allows golfers to get the best of both without sacrificing anything. Golfers that have never tried a G/Fore shoe should consider it next time they are looking to get something new for the course, golfers that have tried them already – they know.
