The most popular  training aid making the rounds on tour and in amateur golfer circles is the SuperSpeed Golf training system. The SuperSpeed Golf system is sold in different sizes for both adults and children. The three stick system pairs with training protocols to help golfer increase their swing speeds in ways that last.

Hitting the golf ball further provides an ability to play golf at a higher level and the SuperSpeed Golf system is the best way to improve your driving distance and hit every club in your bag further quickly. This review details my experience with the SuperSpeed golf system as well as my 5 mile per hour club head speed gains.

Key Features

The SuperSpeed golf training systems uses three sticks of different weights to improve the swing speed of all golfers.

SuperSpeed protocols are based on overspeed training that has been proven to increase swing speeds for sustainable distance gains.

The SuperSpeed golf systems also helps players improve their stamina so the swings they make on 18 are as good as the ones they made when they teed off.

Design and Technology

The SuperSpeed golf training system incorporates three weighted sticks: light, medium, and heavy. The three sticks are built with golf specific grips and  shafts that are designed to load like golf drivers . SuperSpeed also provides training protocols that pair with the weighted trainers to give golfers a way to improve their club head speeds instantly and over time. Combining the swing system with a swing radar is the best way to accurately track how much progress you are making.

SuperSpeed Golf

The SuperSpeed Golf Training System is a highly effective and popular training system that has been proven to increase swing speed and distance in golfers. This system has received positive feedback from users, demonstrating its potential to enhance overall performance.

So, what’s the secret behind this incredible training system? It’s all about overspeed training. You see, the SuperSpeed Golf Training System uses lighter-weight clubs to reduce dynamic resistance, allowing your body to move faster. It’s like turbocharging your swing! And let me tell you, once you experience the benefits of overspeed training, you’ll never want to go back

PROS

  • The SuperSpeed golf system can absolutely enable players to swing faster and hit the golf ball further.
  • The SuperSpeed system allows golfer to work on their physical fitness in a golf specific way with proven results.
  • The SuperSpeed system comes with partner protocols that players can follow anywhere they can swing a club.

CONS

  • The SuperSpeed sticks require as much room as a driver so indoor spaces can be too small to complete the recommended protocols.
  • The SuperSpeed golf system works best when paired with a radar system that can track your results, this additional unit comes with an added cost.
  • Golfers that train vigorously with the SuperSpeed sticks will have to regrip them just like golf clubs.

Our Experience

I was eager to see if the SuperSpeed golf system could give me  more yards off the tee . I used the SuperSpeed trainers for 2 months (8 weeks) and recorded my swing speed with my  Titleist TS3 driver  before and after. I saw a total of 5 miles per hour in gains going from a driver  swing speed  of 118 mph to 123 mph (all reading based on Trackman club head speed measurements). These 5 mph give me the potential for up to another 13 yards off the tee. Those results can be huge for allowing me to shoot better scores immediate. The added benefit of stamina is readily apparent the more I play as well. I think these results will translate even further for golfers that are starting with lower  swing speeds . Overall, I can honestly say the SuperSpeed golf systems works as long as you are willing to stick to the training recommended by their experts.
